Making the Cut by Jillian Michaels

I have always been a Jillian Michaels fan. Her workouts were the first ones I used that introduced me to the concept of lifting a weight heavier than 2½ pounds :eek:(and I will always be grateful for that!) I sold the workouts of hers that I had on Ebay after I became addicted to Cathe but I’m still a fan.

While I was in the bookstore yesterday I got caught up reading the first couple pages of her book, Making the Cut, and ultimately I bought it. Has anyone read this yet? Tried the program?

I haven’t decided whether or not I’m going to try it yet. I decided to read the whole book and then make my final decision, but 20 pages in and I’m pretty sure it’ll be a yes. I think it might be a great precursor to STS – at the very least it will stop me from thinking about WHEN I’m going to get STS :)

I bought and read the book...nothing special, same diet, you know the drill, eat 6 times a day, no processed foods, no sugar, no wine, etc...clean eating plus exercise. I like her personality though, it does shine through in her writing. Worth picking up for a little guidance.

I own her new exercise DVD, its cool if you do all three levels at once, its a pretty okay workout, sorta circuit like in nature, if you like circuits you might like this one.
