making a compilation - need exercises that burn!

I want to make some compilation tapes for upper body work. I have ctx upper body which i love but its takes an hour and i want something shorter but STILL effective. For example, I love the biceps routine off ME because it doesnt take very long but its an excellent workout. I also love the shoulders routine off ME because it really makes me burn.

So, I would really like some recommendations for some upper body routines for individual body parts that really make you burn. I have almsot all of cathe's dvds thaough i have only ever watched a few of them because i tend to stick with my favourites (slow and heavy, gym styles, muscle endurace, ctx UB). If you can think of anything you have done that doesnt take that long but really makes you think you're muscle will set on fire then that's what I'm after!

Chest: PUB or Body Max have very intense, short chest segments - also the push-ups segment from Time Saver is positively brutal
Back: Body Max's back segment is short and intense. Muscle Max has another good yet short back segment
Shoulders: PUB really burns the shoulders. Power Hour, too
Biceps: PUB (it's the toughest Cathe biceps segment I can think of)
Triceps: The triceps segment from Push/Pull done 2 or 3xs back to back works up a good burn. Triceps from PH is pretty good too.

You could do a the PUB up or down only premix and just go as heavy as you possibly can. This would be short, but effective. Another short but intense upper body workout from Cathe is the compound/heavy weights premix from Cardio and Weights. Just remember to go as heavy as you can.

Thanks very much for your reply. I have BodyMax but i have never used it. I'm actually going to do the upper body section today as it seems short but effective.

YOu seem to be on the same track as me as I love PUB for the shoulders. I'm not too keen on PUB for biceps as I'm english and dont have the same weights. I can either go lighter or heavier. The lighter feels too easy but I can't possibly go heavier!

I forgot PUB had a premix. I put the video on DVD ages ago and I didnt copy over the premixes.
