Jess, you are so right! I used to run about 30 years ago, then stopped (because at one point, going up a hill I thought: "I hate this") so FF to this past summer, and due to surgery, my cardio was limited, but I could run...so after building up to to, I have started again...I´m slow and I don´t go far, but I LOVE it again and am getting ready even now to do a 4.5 mile run...(ok, jog)
That is great!! Building up slower miles is a great way to not deal w/ running injuries. Running really is a mind game, if you tell yourself you can, you can really go a lot further!
