Dear Cathe,

First of all, thank you for all you videos and advice...you have changed my shape and life...
I have reached my goal weight, and now my interest is in maintaining my weight and increasing muscle definfition. I have changed my routine from mostly cardio with one muscle group per day to a focus on strength training (3 days) and doing cardio 3 days a week. I have started using S&H and GS(I also use MM, ME, PU, and PH) for my strength training. I am still using the imax series plus other step for my cardio. Please let me know if you think I am on the right track or if you think I have dropped back too much on my cardio. I have only been doing this for the past couple of weeks and I have not noticed any great change yet, but I feel guilty for no doing more cardio. Any help would be appreciated..

Hi Debra! I would say you are on the right track. But nobody knows this better than you since our genetics and metabolisms are all different. Just to shock things on occasion, I would suggest that one week out of every month (or once every three weeks if you find that to be better for you) do 4 to 5 cardio that week along with your strength training.

Maintaing is something that was a task for me the more I worked out the more I ate.Cathe's workouts got me off a platue however.Especially the Gauntlet killer.I'm not sure what all your abriviations are but I'm new to this I'm sure I'll learn. Thanks for yor imput LeAnn
