MAINTAIN THE GAIN GAME

I recently finished my first sts rotation! Worked HARD at it! Don't want to give up the gains I've made, but need a break before heading into hour and a half workouts again:eek: I feel like I can do an intense workout in 30-40 minutes focusing on 1 body part a day, doing 9-15 sets per part and limiting rest between sets to approx. 1 min. I made some huge gains in my 1rms with sts, but at nearly 65 maxing out for 90 minutes is tough!!! I will revisit sts later, but don't want to sacrifice my gains:mad:I hope by keeping my loads high and lifting intensly for 40 min/morning I can maintain these gains!!:) I gotta say I was elated by my sts experience, great gains, surpassing my expectations, especially upper body! Some of my gains were in the 30-40% range!!! (lower body less, arthritic hips NO fun!:mad: Any input appreciated:)
