Mac OS Sierra and Workout Blender

I have Mac OS Sierra. I downloaded the Workout Blender app which automatically install the Adobe Air. The app shows up in my applications folder. When I try to open it....nothing. Does WB work with Sierra?

If you're referring to the desk top version of the WB this is a legacy program that will not work on any modern operating system.
