LUV the new ab work!

Cathe, you outdid yourself with the ab work in your new tapes/DVD's!

I really hate working abs (I tend to do cardio that works abs so I don't have to do floor work) but I look forward to doing your new workouts, especially the ones with the med ball! I can feel a difference as far as being able to keep the gut tucked in!

I'm having a tough time with those pikes on the stability ball, but just do Brenda's option for now.

Just Do It! :)
 
I have to chime in and say I totally agree!! This abwork is amazing--I am digging it SOOO much! I'm actually even getting better at performing those pikes, although I'm still a ways out from mastering them. :7
