Hey Cathe, SOoetimes when I do lunges, my back leg, calve part of it, gets tight. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks for your time!! Can't wait till the new series!!! :) -Tina
 
Hi Tina! This is actually common with many people. There is a lot of stabilizing (balancing) going on while doing lunges. Many times the back leg is trying so hard to maintain balance that it gets tight in the process. If it is very uncomfortable, try using no weight until you've mastered your balance. Stretch your tight muscle after the exercise too. Take Care!
