Hi Lisa! I did SJ&P on Sat. I thought this one was going to be my least favorite but as it turned out I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS ONE!!! It has it all cute step section/hi-lo w/just the right amt. of intensity/low impact/great core section & more yoga! Everything a person could want. I attempted Step Blast on Sun. & I find it not as intense as Rhythmic Step but I was also doing it with a sinus headache. I mastered combos 1 & 2 so far. On Tues. I'll be doing it again to try to master the rest of it but I'm so confused w/those straddle taps I'm constantly either on the wrong foot or wrong side. LOL Oh well that's the fun of it the learning part. This one is going to take me awhile to learn. I'll be doing Push/Pull tonite but I've already previewed it & to be quite honest if Cathe expects us to lift the heaviest that we can then that means for me in doing a chest press I'll have to use 25# dumbbells!! Supersets & Push/Pull is much more DVD friendly so you can tack on more sets & reps to your liking. However, I absolutely loved Supersets but I don't think Push/Pull is going to do anything for me. We'll see I may have to eat my words!! Talk to you tomorrow, Kathy:7
