Lowmax - What's missing from Fit TV version?

I don't no specifically but I know it's missing A LOT. I don't know if you're deciding whether to buy it? Well worth getting it, IMO!

Gosh, I've actually watched it on FitTV, but I can't remember exactly which intervals are missing. It's at least two or three of them since the DVD workout is 68 min. long, FitTV condenses it down to approx. 45 min.

I love the workout, I'd second the purchasing it idea! :)

If you search the archives, I think I posted it awhile back:

If I can recall correctly, there are only 6 intervals but I heard there 7 with the dvd. I have only seen the FitTv version.

Also it goes from interval 2 routine to interval 3 routine without a blast. I may have the intervals wrong. But there is a blast missing.

And there is no stretching either. I still get a great workout with the FitTV version.

I LOVE Fit tv. I tivo'd a bunch of Cathe's workouts and then I printed off Cathe's breakdown of each workout -- that way I know what I'm missing. Some of the workouts are missing A LOT -- but Fit tv is such a WONDERFUL way to preview them and work up to the full length DVD versions!! :)

As far as I can tell Low Max is missing:
Blast #2
Step Combo #4
Blast #4
Step Combo #7
Blast #7

Hope this helped.

Another vote for purchasing this one...Combo #4 and the blast are my FAVORITE!!!! You don't know what you are missing with that one! When I do only a little cardio, that is one I pop in and will do the warmup and start with #4 throught he rest of the workout. #4 is FUN!
