Hour long step tape with new choreography--no combinations recycled from earlier workouts. Preferably the choreography would be mixed impact rather than high with options demonstrated for those who need lower impact. (Maybe the low impact demonstrator could be a bonus section on the DVD--that way the high impact folks won't have to look at him/her )
Athletic stretch DVD with one longer full body session and shorter 10-15 minute add on sections to add on to other workouts.
Time Crunch Weight Series: Upper/Lower Split routine but each workout is only 30 minutes. A three way split would also be nice in this format.
