Lower Body only rotation suggestions?

I am still recovering from shoulder bursitis and need to start working out my lower body three times a week until I am healed. I just finished a long stent with a personal trainer at the gym but she is gone now so I am on my own, working out at home!
I have a lot of Cathe DVD's but have not done ANY as of yet!
What would you suggest?

I have GS/ PLB/ B&G/ STS/ SH/ PS
as well as Bootcamp/4DS/ Drill Max
P90x... hmmm, I can't remember right now.

If you look in the rotation forum Debbie just did up a rotation for some other people recovering from shoulder injuries that is all lower body.
