Hi! I am NEW to Cathe. In fact, in all the years I have been exercising, I have to admit I have never heard of you. Sorry
My problem is lower body. I have an hourglass shape (waist is 13 inches less than hips; hips and shoulders are exact same measurement). In all the years I have been exercising, I stay bulky in the lower region with plenty of cellulite. No matter how hard I exercise, I have not been able to change the shape of my lower body (I'm talking hips and thighs), and I was one of the 1980s to 1990s aerobic champs (not literally, but I was doing high impact aerobics at least 4 times a week). Can you recommend the type of exercise I should be doing to change the shape of my lower body? I just got 2 of your tapes off Ebay - Cardio Kickbox and Muscle Endurance - so I could try them out. Will these help, so do I need something else? I know nutrition plays a big part, too. I am 20 lbs. overweight (kept 10 from each child) that I am trying to lose through WW. I drink plenty of water, etc. Anything you can do to help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
