LOWER BODY/FREESTYLE ROTATION May 18

I did Bootcamp again this morning because I love how it covers everything in under an hour. Teddygirl, keep us posted on how you like the Power90 series. How long are the workouts? and Do you need to buy a lot of new equipment for them?

Hey everyone,

Worked out real hard this weekend. Did a lot more of those walking lunges. I noticed last night that my butt is looking more defined and I really think it's because of the walking lunges.

This morning was PUB and abs. Couldn't pry my butt out of bed so I only worked out about 45 minutes this morning. Had to skim off some reps on chest and triceps to get everything in.

Tomorrow KP&C and L&G. On Saturday I tried the SS legs that Beverly mentioned in another post after 45 minutes of Powerstrike. She was absolutely right. After about 30 minutes of that leg workout my legs felt so fried!

You gals doing the P90X keep us posted on your results. I'm looking forward to the next challenge.:7
 
Shopgirl, so far the tapes that I’ve seen lasted 1 hour to 1 ½. I think the shortest is Ab Ripper 12 minutes or so. I’ll let you know what I think of the workouts. My first is tonight.

I’m going to really concentrate on my eatery this week and the weekend, I’m going to eat squeaky clean this whole week. I am going to throw down Memorial Day ;o) ribs, mac & cheese, greens etc….yum…Wont be NO shame in my game <g>

Hi Girls,

TTOM strikes once again. Decided to ride my bike to and from my sons baseball game to get in some sort of exercise on Saturday. Took Sunday off and did the Gauntlet this morning. Felt much better after my morning workout. I am starting the freestyle weight loss rotation today-so will be lifting wts at the rec ctr during lunch.

Those walking lunges are real booty kickers-literally speaking. Love the way my glutes feel the next day-nice and sore. Makes it all worth while.

Okay, you guys, I thought I was doing really good to do 100 walking lunges with 3 or 5 lbs. I just read a post where Cathe recommends 400 non weighted walking lungesx( .

I'm gonna try it tomorrow. Hope I make it to work:+
