LOWER BODY/FREESTYLE ROTATION May 17

Hope everyone had a great weekend.

Saturday was CK followed by 100 walking lunges with 5 lb weights. I rested a few seconds after each 15. When I was done, I thought my legs would never work again. Buy they did!

Sunday was Powerstrike 1 and 10 minutes of abs.

This morning was PUB and 10 minutes of PLB. I did the squat superset only. I may try walking lunges when I get home.

Tomorrow will be more cardio and probably L&G standing with some more walking lunges. I'm going to try 100 again. They took me about 3 minutes to complete.

How are you guys doing?
 
Hi Girls,

I did long, fast walks on both Saturday and Sunday (had to work on Sunday). Finally received my book and read through it. Is anyone following their exact workout plans in the book? If so, which one?

Tomorrow will be abs, and either KPC or PLB with IMAX2 intervals 6-10.

I can't explain it - I am eating up a storm, exercising less and holding steady. Watch, I'll step on the scale next week and be up 10 pounds. ;-)

Candi - your 100 walking lunges only took 3 minutes - holy cow. Where do you do them? I bet your legs were dead afterwards. Are you seeing a big improvement in them?

Candi, good job on those walking lunges. That’s an excellent time to complete 100 walking lunges, YOU GO GIRL! I have them on my rotation for today. I’m going to try 50, don’t you just love how legs & a$$ are fried afterwards ;o).

Shopgirl, you be just fine. Isn’t that something, you’ll be doing just fine and all of a sudden Mr. Eats knocks at your door, saying remember me :eek:) arghhhhhh…

Yesterday, 21 laps and the Firm Cardio Sculpt, (to easy). But, I thought that I would try this workout since I have had the tapes for over 1 year. Man oh man, I hope I get P90X this week. I’d like to start on Sunday.

Tonight, Abs, Step Intervals or Imax 2, 50 walking lunges with some additional leg work from PS Legs & Abs.

Hi Guys....I have been eating TERRIBLE and have not worked out since Friday. I am getting back on the band wagon, TODAY!!! I feel like I have really blown it. I did buy TaeBo Ultimate Buns, and Ultimate Lower Body. I am going to work those in instead of always doing weights. I am going to do my P90X starting today also. I started the Lean Rotation last week, but I am going to do the Classic Rotation instead. Talk to you tomorrow. Have a good day everyone!!!!

Well, maybe it was five minutes. Now I'm not really sure...

But, I am seeing a big difference in my legs. I have always had more flab on my right upper leg. I don't know why but my left leg always looks more firm. Anyway, I was noticing that the flab is firming up a lot. The jiggle is not as jiggly if you know what I mean.

Yes, Teddygirl, my A$$ was sore all afternoon. Usually, I have DOMS, but this burn stayed with me. Then I was noticing as I did squats today that I still had some soreness in them.

I really believe this is going to work for me. I haven't lost any weight...but that's okay. Clothes are fitting better and that's all I need at this point:7

Lori --- Please, please, please report in on the P90X. Really, really curious. I keep hearing how killer the ab workout isx(
 
Yippee! I got my BeachBody tapes. After, I finish my workout tonight, I’m going to posted up in me bed and watch 3 of the tapes. I’ll let you know what I think as I watch them. They came just in time for me to start another 12 week rotation this Sunday.

Candi- I really like them. I really like Tony. I have heard alot of negative comments about him, but I enjoy him. I can tell my back and chest are going to be sore. I did not do the pull ups today, I used the bands instead. I do have a bar, I just did not dare try them. Maybe after a couple of workouts. Even the cardio. it is easier, I have only done one, but it was a nice easier. It was a pleasant change. Tomorrow is Plyometrics. I heard it is tough, we will see tomorrow. Yes, the Ab Ripper tape is a toughie. Are you the person who suggested TaeBo Ultimate Butt, and Ultimate Lower Body??? I bought those over the weekend, and I think my behind is sorer from doing the Ultimate Lower Body than it has been from a workout in a long time. I think I am really going to like those. I will do the Butt one on Friday. Take care everyone, and talk to you tomorrow.

No, I was not the one who suggested the Tae Bo tapes but maybe I should give them a try.
