Wow, loose pants-now that's what I'm looking forward to. Great Job! I ordered the book on May 1st from slimandfit.com. I'm a little disappointed they don't have a tracking module and you have to call someone to look it up for you. Hope to get it soon, can't imagine it taking more than a week.
This morning was power hour and this afternoon was 20 min each on the elliptical, stepper, and recumbent bike. I did drop the leg wts way down to a 20lb barbell this morning. Isn't it interesting that the ecto types need to lift heavy and us pears need to lift so much lighter?
Since I bulk so easy I am adding in more cardio as my body responds well to that and dropping the wts to 20lbs or 30lbs. See if anything changes in the next couple of weeks.
