Hi everybody,

I did an oldie today, Tae Bo I, and did the floorwork for L&G. Should be hurting nicely by tomorrow morning.;-)

Hope everyone is hanging in there. I threw on some pants I hadn't worn in a while and they were loose. Wahoo!

I did PUB and 15 minutes of abs today! Legs needed a rest.

Did you get your book yet?
 
Nope - I called yesterday and they said that it would be there shortly. I am anxious to read through it. From what everybody has said here, it sounds like it has a wealth of information.

Tomorrow I'm doing PUB/PLB (up only). Do you think that will be enough leg work?
 
I've actually used PLB up only on this rotation and it seems to be enough for me because I am sore the next day.

I make sure to do the leg work on the ball too. I belive it takes about a half hour.

Wow, loose pants-now that's what I'm looking forward to. Great Job! I ordered the book on May 1st from slimandfit.com. I'm a little disappointed they don't have a tracking module and you have to call someone to look it up for you. Hope to get it soon, can't imagine it taking more than a week.

This morning was power hour and this afternoon was 20 min each on the elliptical, stepper, and recumbent bike. I did drop the leg wts way down to a 20lb barbell this morning. Isn't it interesting that the ecto types need to lift heavy and us pears need to lift so much lighter?

Since I bulk so easy I am adding in more cardio as my body responds well to that and dropping the wts to 20lbs or 30lbs. See if anything changes in the next couple of weeks.
