Hi Everyone!!!!! I am the same as you, I am going to do PS Legs today, and probably a fast walk on my treadmill. I am not much ogf a runner, but I will sub the best I can. I walk w/ my SIL, and on the cardio days, I will do the walking instead, if it is not raining. I still should prosper nicely from this rotation. Walking really works my butt and legs.
