I've been working out for a few years now. I have two children the last one is four years old. He was a little larger than the first one. My question is this, does anyone else have a persistent lower pouch. The uppper abs come along fine but the lower I'am having trouble with. Is it a question more of diet or just persistence? My first delivery was a cesarean, could that make a difference? Any suggestions on what to do?
