low pulse lunges

first i want to thank you for such great new fun workouts. it is such a treat to exercise in your own home and feel like you get a better workout than if you were at the gym!

i had a question on form in the low pulse lunges as i do not think i am feeling them as i should. where do you center your body weight when you do them? where is your focus, and how high and low should i go when doing this move? thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
