Low max

Cathe, I was watching your lowmax on fit tv this morning and from what I watched I loved it, but one question, I notice you used both risers, since I have knee issues would I be getting the same results if I don't use my risers with my step? And since I am trying a comeback to working out, what would you recomend for me to start with and to strengthen my knees to avoid more injury?
 
i would start with the platform and see how you feel. if you feel strong enough then move up a set of risers. i only use on set myself. and for your knees i think you said when you strengthen. use strengthing exercises that support the knees like your quads,outer thighs,and hamstrings. there are a few here who are better at explaining all that.
