Low Max/ PUB Interval-Circuit

Ok so I wanted to do a challenging circuit workout that had cardio intervals and hit every body part.

Here is what I came up with:

Low Max Warm up, sections 1&2
PUB chest 3 sets of 16 reps @ highest weight I could manage safely


Low Max section 3
PUB back 3 sets of 16 reps @ highest weight I could manage

Low Max section 4
PUB shoulders 2 sets of 16 at highest weight.....

Low Max section 5
PUB triceps 2 sets of 16....

Low Max section 6 & 7
PUB biceps 3 sets of 16 , 2 @ #12 one @ #10

Cooldown & stretch of Low Max

I challenge any one who likes the Terminaters or HC extreme to give it a try and comment. :)
