I did KPC today and it reminded me how high intensity/low impact moves can be more difficult for me than some high intensity/high impact moves. I then started thinking about what moves Cathe might put in Low Max. Here's what I've come up with:
- Hammer punches (or whatever they're called - the ones in KPC where you lunge forward and hammer the floor - "low impact/high intensity at its best")
- Terminators without the vertical jumps
- Sumo Squats
- Speed Skaters
- Various kickboxing moves like squats to side kicks, front kicks to back kicks
