I have a new favorite Cathe tape. Just ordered this one when I preordered the new series. It came yesterday. Did it today, and loved it! I love the intensity blasts, although not done with weights I really felt like I was getting some real toning done. I did the first four intervals then mixed in some CTX for upper body. I am going to do the other intervals plus one I did today, and the rest of upper body from CTX plus a ab routine tomorrow. The rest of the week is up for grabs. Really loved this workout. Just so darned well rounded. Love the kickbox moves combined with step!:) :)
 
I agree - it's a great workout! Quite popular amongst the folks around here. I personally find the last 4 intervals the most fun, so I think you're in for a great workout today. Enjoy it!

Hopefull,

I just did this workout today and was thinking the whole time how awesome this workout is! Why did I not know? How had I missed it before now? As Sandra said, the last 4 intervals are great, especially the last one (my fav). Have a good time,

I love LM, too. It's a great way to work the legs without weights, especially if you do just the blast premix. It's a nice variation from the usual weighted standing leg work. I wish Cathe would do a workout with kickbox moves on the step. :)
