Low Intensity?

Compared to what???}(

I think the lowest intensity Cathe tapes are CTX Kickbox, CardioKicks if you dont really try to put a lot into it, Cardio and Weights and Step Heat. But they are all still advanced. Of course, you can do the strength tapes like MIS and PowerHour with low weight and they won't be too intense either. My sense is that Cathe only makes high intensity tapes as that is her target market.

I don't have the really early ones. I hear people on this forum also say that StepMax, The Wedding Tape and Step Jam aren't too terribly hard either.

I wouldn't say that any of Cathe's tapes are "low intensity" but some are easier than others. Step Heat is intermediate, i.e. some power moves, but it's not 'low intensity.' It's also shorter than Cathe's other step tapes so it's a really good option for someone new to Cathe. Of the newest workouts, Cardio & Weights is the least intense. I'd classify it as intermediate but it still has power moves so it's not low intensity either. I'd also classify Rhythmic Step as intermediate in terms of intensity although it's advanced in terms of choreography.

Do you mean low impact because none of Cathe's workouts are low impact but you can always modify out the jumps.
