Low Impact Video

Dear Cathe:

I know you are in the process of planning your new videos. I understand that you gear your programs to the advanced exerciser. However, I have always wondered why you never have one of your background exercisers doing lower impact, high intensity variations of your workouts. I think that this would appeal to many who are advanced exercisers whose bodies cannot always do high impact. This would also appeal to those who are just learning your moves or who are not sure how to modify. It would help give more choices to a wide range of fans.

Can we hope?

Hi Rhonda,
I just thought I would jump in here and tell you what I did for low impact. I am an advanced exerciser. I had knee surgery a couple of years ago and had to start back slow - low impact. I used my step at its lowest point and didn't do any jumps. I was so happy to still work out with Cathe because her workouts are never boring. I feel Cathe's tapes are very easy to modify if you need to. You can always be sure to get a good work out with her. Hope this helps.
Just my .02

I love Cathe's high intensity (and PLEASE, do not change), and I think she's got the market cornered as far as high intensity workout go. I do think Rhonda's suggestion is a good one. May be she could tackle both worlds by adding a background exerciser doing modification. I know a lot of people has bad knees, etc, but would love to do Cathe's workout. I think her workout is the best, and it would be great if EVERYBODY could benefit from it.
