I received Low Impact Step today and previewed it. Even though I haven't done it yet, I already know that I like it much better than Basic Step as it is not quite as basic as Basic Step. There are a lot of moves that are in Low Max. The workout includes 2 blasts. She even has some power 7s and power 3s mixed in which I love. There are drop squats with the pendulum as well as the pendulum across the step. I think this workout is more intermediate than beginner which is perfect for me. The music is way louder which is always a positive for me also.
