Low Impact Step Cardio substitution

HI!

I'm on week 2 of the January rotation (late as usual). I don't have Low Impact Step. How long is the cardio portion? What would be a comparible substitute? I don't really want to do Low Max because it is already incorporated a lot in this rotation. I have most of Cathe's workouts besides the intermediate ones, Pure Strength and Slow & Heavy.

Hi Carol,

LIS is about 40 min long. It has a warmup on the step, then a step routine that's about 10-15 min long, then an intensity blast,then another 10-15 min step routine, then another intensity blast and then the cooldown. It's not nearly as intense as Low Max. You could maybe do RS or SB without the challenge that's at the end.
