Beginners have to start somewhere - just do what you can do. You may not be able to do all the moves for as long as they do them the DVD - especially the standing moves - unless you're used to riding a bike. I wasn't, so it took me several weeks to get in good "spinning shape."Is Cycle Max something a beginner can do? I've never taken a spin class in my life. I'm very excited to see a Cathe work out with so many Cathletes in it. Very cool!!
