Low Impact Kickboxing

I'd like that too. I sometimes do the Low Impact Kickbox premix on the Kickmax DVD, but a low impact kickbox workout would be great.

I'm actually very surprised this wasn't one of the offerings in the newest series. Hopefully it will be forthcoming. Or a KPC part 2 with low impact options! I'd love that. I love kickboxing!

Step, Jump & Pump is great! She uses lots of kickboxing moves there w/the step

I would love to see Low Impact Kickboxing too. I prefer the Kickmax and KPC versions. It's hard to find good kickboxing workouts that have everything you want in them without having to skip half of it
