This picture shows Cathe and Brenda using a mat to do a low impact cardio exercise called football runs.The mat reminds you to keep your feet wide while you run forward, touch the floor and then run backwards.

I will remember to take a deep breath before executing this move cause I know how much oxygen I will need.
