Just want to say Cathe that your new Low Impact Circuit DVD is fab. I live in the UK and they just don't seem to do step DVD's here any more. I discovered yours online and decided to give it a try. Took about 2 weeks to come from the US and I'd forgetten I had ordered it when it arrived. It's a great combination of weight and step. I used to do step at home quite a lot about 10 years or so ago, gave up when my son was born (he kept on climbing on it), used to do body pump, but had trouble with my back. All seems to be ok now so started back on the step in Jan and have now lost 10lbs, would like to loose another 6lbs before my holiday. It's definitely the exercise that does the job.
