I don't know the abs song at all. But I love the step blast song. I don't know the name of the song, I'm just guessing it could be "Realize" but really have no idea. I tried googling it but no luck. I think it's a dance mix version of another song. I hope someone out there knows.

i did that one last night! first one i tried (just got it this week). it seemed deceptively easy, but definitely felt it afterwards longer than i would have thought based on how easy it was to pick up all the moves.
