I just love this workout. It is the BEST high intensity but low impact workout that you've made. It gives you a very good workout because your heart rate is elevated during the step segments as well as the blasts, and the weight circuits really work your muscles while keeping your heart rate up too. The ab section is wonderful. It's an effective workout for anyone, but for those of us with joint problems, it's the best. Please consider making more of these in the future. Thanks!
