I just love this workout. It is the BEST high intensity but low impact workout that you've made. It gives you a very good workout because your heart rate is elevated during the step segments as well as the blasts, and the weight circuits really work your muscles while keeping your heart rate up too. The ab section is wonderful. It's an effective workout for anyone, but for those of us with joint problems, it's the best. Please consider making more of these in the future. Thanks!

In total agreement! Actually the entire 2006 Series was stellar (IMO)- LIC is my go-to when I have the "dont wanna workout" blues...Puts me right back in the mindset to go for it!
 
I just took LIC out of the wrapper this week. Did the Cardio Blast Timesaver premix on Monday night and LOVED every minute of it!! I normally try to do all the premixes first, then put it all together. I'm back at it again tonight.
This is the 5th Cathe DVD I've tried and so far the best!!! i started from the beginning with Basic and have been moving myself up progressively!! I can already tell, I'm gonna love the rest of this DVD!
