Low Impact Cardio & Metabolic Conditioning Review / Thoughts

Just did this one today and have to agree with cherrypie I was expecting more of a bang out the workout and kind of felt short changed . But having said that I do agree it's appropriate for intermediate or lower energy days for me. I won't reach for this one much and can't say I liked the music. I was so wishing for rwh or ice like music. I did like the new moves for abs but I don't have issues with my wrists like some of you. I will use the kickbox/ legs and cardio shred with push and pull weight workouts though so still happy I bought the series.
