low impact cardio exercise

I have been doing the Pure Strength videos for a few months now. I love them (and gave up my Firm tapes). I also do some fast walking on my treadmill and once a week yoga. But now I'm finding that I'm losing agility and some flexibility. I can't do advanced step exercises because of knee pain, but I have to do something to regain my coordination. Any suggestions?
 
One Idea is Belly Dance.

This is not a very intense cardio exercise, but it actually addresses the areas you mentioned. It is great for flexibility (isolating and separately moving various body parts) and agility. It is a no impact workout. It really is not very strenuous, and won't do a lot to elevate your heart rate. I wouldn't suggest it as an only workout, but it is a nice addition to a regimen. I think of it more as a moving yoga, but it really does address the areas you named quite well. BLinda
