Low Impact Cardio + Barre option

In Cathe's Hardcore series Kickmax workout there is a premix, Low Impact Timesaver, that combines the warmup, some boxing combos (with some leg) and the 18 min "leg conditioning" drills and cool-down - so some cardio & barre work (Cathe uses a chair). She left in a few jumping jacks, but they can be easily modified to LI. Just thought I'd share in case someone may like a little lower impact kickbox & barre work. :)
