Melinda, I agree with Lita--just do what you feel like on vacation. Most of the time I don't workout on vacation, I give myself permission to relax. And I worked out at my last house in the basement and I do miss the coolness of that room in the summertime!
Rhea, I eat the same things over and over also. I'm lucky I don't get too bored with what I eat! I did aerobic house cleaning this weekend too. Too busy this past weekend, now I'm tired already!
Lita, my meetup group has done circuit workouts where stations have been set up, AWT, isometric exercises, workouts involving a hill and some others I can't think of. We did Nordic walking last week, which I think you and Melinda would get alot out of. You walk with poles, but they are behind you, not in front of you. It's low impact, but works your muscles too. I really liked it and hope I can do it again soon. Let me know if you would like some more info on it!
Today was a CIA dvd I got for less than $10, Step Generations with Strength Circuit. I really like it, and it's the one I wanted to do on my birthday.

Tomorrow is Power Hour and then I will be hit and miss till next week. Hair appt. Weds., then my parents are visiting for a few days--yippee!
