I would have been here last night but DH dragged me to his work to decorate the cube of a friend having a big birthday. We were there till after 10 p.m. so I refuse to do anything this evening but sit on my toosh! (Well I did workout first.)
I'm really glad that you love the boxing workout Lita and Melinda! I want a low impact workout after doing Hiit 30/30 yesterday--goodness! I didn't have the fun with it you did Melinda! I had to pause it 3 times because my HR soared so high.

I blame it on my exhaustion at the time (bad night of sleep) and that I'm so short! Doing the jump turns on an 8 inch step was tough! I did get through it OK but decided that I will do 40/20 on a lower step. That one looks like a doozy! I gotta remember that I'm not in the same shape cardio wise that Cathe is! I can do most of her stuff but this, I dunno babes!
Melinda, congrats on your Rose Bowl win! I thought of you while we were watching it.

We turned it off after the Ducks coach made the bonehead decision to go for a field goal and then they didn't get one! Hope you get some good relaxation in Rhode Island!

I haven't done any ab work where there's rolling involved but I think it's in Cardio Core Circuit. I'll be feeling that pain on Thursday!
Taking a rest week last week is making me sore this week getting into meso 2! Wow! Hope the DOMS go away soon.
