OOH, Taco Bell, I haven't had a Taco Bell for a looooooong time. Doing Chalene Extreme can get boring since you do the "burn, push and lean" discs by themselves for like three weeks at a time.
Hey Melinda, I don't know if this helps for the Outlook e-mails, but I hit the shift key and the up or down arrow on my keyboard (I do have the ergonomic microsoft board, so it has arrow keys all by themselves.) so that I highlight more than one e-mail at a time. They are then moved to the deleted items section. Now I have an icon in my outlook shortcuts for the deleted items. After moving all the crude over to deleted, I just put the mouse pointer on the icon, right click and then a prompt comes up for "empty deleted items folder" Anything in there gets deleted out all at once after you click on that. Of course, it always asks me if I'm sure, which is good, cause I've caught a couple of things that went directly to deleted from the spam. Is that what you were asking about? If you don't have the icon in the shortcuts, there is a way to find it. If I remember correctly, I had to create the icon to be in my shortcut.
I was told to get out of bed by the dog this morning....he decided to start howling at 4:15. (err, he is lucky to still be alive the little neurotic thing!) Did Yoga Booty Ballet, Bollywood style, lol . I'll be doing a run today too, not much burned with YBB!
