Cathe, wanted to let you know I'm loving the new series. I'm starting week three of the 30 day strength rotation and have noticed my shoulders and arms more shapely and feel stronger. I sub Zumba for Ride days.

Thanks for a great program. I cant wait for the next rotations using this series.

I was late to the X Train party due to travel so I just finished day 4 of the 90 Undulating Rotation tonight. I'm really loving this series. Now, that's not saying it's not tough but it's "fun tough". Cathe, you keep on surpassing yourself.

I am also really enjoying Xtrain. I am just randomly doing the workouts and am not following a rotation right now. My arms have changed dramatically and I've only been at this for 13 days. I am loving burn sets and the 100 rep challenges. Great job Cathe and crew.
 
I'm in week 2 of the 30-day+Ride roation and *already* my shoulders feel stronger:D I love the 100 rep challenges!
