Good Morning Cheetah Babes!

Cathy: Glad you had a successful Black Friday shopping experience. Sounds like you'll be hunkering down with the school work this weekend. Don't forget to take a break and come over and say hello to us! :)

So I must say I am so proud of the Cheetahs. Seems as though nobody tried to follow their "diet" on Turkey Day and just rolled with it. YAY! The thread in the O/D had me :rolleyes::rolleyes:. It's a freakin' holiday for pete's sake. RELAX!!!! I can be uptight about my food. I admit it. Well lately that's not the case but I digress....When I AM being uptight about my food, even I know it's time to give it a rest during a holiday gathering. If you wanna work out for 3 hours before and after your meal to burn it off, I have no problem with that but for heaven's sake....EAT SOMETHING (fattening and unhealthy), will ya!?!? :D:D:D

I was going to take my rest day today but I think I may take it tmrw instead. With DS not being home my schedule is so much more free. I think it's ashame to waste it so I'll probably hit the gym for a run at some point.

DH and I are going to a matinee today to see the new Vince Vaughn movie "Four Christmases" and then we are going to do something else tonight. Just not sure what.

What's everyone else doing this weekend?

Good morning chickadees!

Sorry I couldn't get back here yesterday...my day ended up being non-stop. Had to run to the barn to deliver hay (and some chicken cordon bleu to the kid who has been living there and helping out around the farm:D), then grocery shop, then I got ALL of the outside decorations and lights up, hacked apart a giant maple tree that's been hitting my roof while I was doing the lights on the roof, then dinner (lobster:p:D) then crash. Whew...where did my day-off go???? I had wanted to squeeze a run with DSO in there but just ran out of time.

I should've gone out for a run this morning but figured I wanted to spend the time catching up with you guys:). My mom and grandmom will be staying an extra day so this will be my only chance. Besides, I think my riding list today will more than make up for the missed run;). Let me grab another cup o' java and I'll BRB!

Wendy - Thanks for starting us off this morning! It sounds like you've got a nice day planned for yaself:). Um, yeah, TA with you about letting it go on major holidays. I mean, I'm really pushing to get a few pounds off by next weekend but did I worry about that on TG???...heck no! I *was* conscious of what I ate the rest of the day so as to limit the damage:p, but I think that's wise anyway. Fantastic workout yesterday! Any DOMS? Have a good run!

Judy - LOL about not having chips. I can't say that we've ever had anything chip-like either. We did end up with shrimp cocktail, though, as the seafood counter closed before DSO could get there on Thurs...so we had a big o' lobster bake last night instead...YUMMY! How is your foot today after your run? You know, after reading what you posted I think that is *exactly* what I had problems with last winter...not PF so much. You described what I experienced to a "T".

Carole - Glad the tofurkey was a success:). Lol about one of the "carnivores" enjoying the tofurkey. You do have me interested in that almond champagne. I hope the garage sale goes well for ya this weekend! Great workout yesterday...wish I could have joined ya;).

Shelly - Glad you had a nice run yesterday and have recovered so quickly! Hey, you gotta love those circuits, right:). Okay, so what ghastly colors were you trying to cover up yesterday with the painting:eek:? That's interesting about the sesamoiditis...good to know!

Jackie - Great job surviving the crowds at Walmart and getting what you needed! You know, that's the *one* store that I avoid like the plague on BF...it's just downright scary here:eek:! Wow, you had a busy day yesterday! Great workout! Did you get to the decorating?

Christine - You know, my first thoughts when I heard about the attacks in India were of you and Ved and I was hoping that friends/family were safe. I'm relieved to hear that that's the case. Oooh, Viper, nice pick! Great job!

Gloria - Glad to hear that you are mucho in the holiday spirit...I'm right there with ya! You sound so relaxed right now...it's good to "hear":).

Laura - Hi there! Nice to meet you! Sorry it took me soooo long to extend a nice, warm, Cheetah welcome:eek:. You can't ask for a more supportive and encouraging bunch than these ladies! I'll be doing my first HM the first weekend in March with Judy so we'll kind of be training together. My plan was to do two last year but the first attempt was derailed by PF (the same race I'm shooting for in March) and the second because it sold out (Philly). I will make this one, though! BTW, I think African Cheetah would be *very* appropriate!

Karen - Oh, hon, my heart aches for you, your mom and your family. {{{{{HUGS}}}}}} sweetie. You're in my prayers.

Cathy - So, did you score any really good deals yesterday? What, no pie for you? Now why on earth would you do a thing like that:eek:;)?

Hi to Brighton, Linda, Posh and Dallas! Hope you're enjoying your holiday weekend!

Well, gotta scoot. I've got lunch to get together and then head off to work. *Sigh*, the break was nice while it lasted:confused:. Have a wonderful Saturday!

Wendi: ITA about watching the food earlier in the day. I did that too but at the actual T-Day meal? Um, no, not happening! LOL I've found that having a couple glasses of wine ensures that one will not be uptight about the BIG meal! ;) Very little in the way of DOMS today. I used my lighter bells y'day since I wasn't feeling up to snuff so I am sure that is why I'm not totally DOMS'ing right now. That's okay though. I didn't want to push it TOO hard.

Hi Friends!

Isn't it great that it is still the weekend? DH has been working all weekend though and he begins his time off this morning at 8:00. We are having our official family picture taken today in our backyard. I was hoping for fresher snow, but we still have some.

Wendi- I think your riding list and roof climbing more than makes up for your missed run! You are a sweetie for bring home cooked food to the kid in the barn.

Cathy- way to go on the Black Friday bargains! Now remember to wrap early! I saw your post to Laura about HM plans. I have chosen RW's First HM plan. A 3 day a week plan (I think) may help in recovery and cross training.

Gloria- I can send you a recipe for Baba if you like. I have used a few different ones over the years. DH's mother family is of Lebanese decent so Baba and Hummus and Tabouli have long been at our table before they were in vogue. We are a true melting pot family. (Italian, Sicilian & Cuban-Lebanese )

Shelly- Thank you for the advice on sesamoiditis. I do believe the shoe selection is critical. I love my 3 inch heels, but will have to limit them to special occasions. The last 3 days I have kept low wide toe box shoes on and have felt much better, even after a run yesterday. I plan on picking up that book with a Borders coupon.

Wendy- IA about chips for an appetizer, but DS15 is at this stage where everything Mom does is embarrassing. This too shall pass. I hope your DS has fun at the movie! Tonight we are going out as a family, for our last dinner with the 6 of us before the older 'kids' leave.

Jackie- Wow you did well at Walmart in spite of the mix up. Nice run too! How do you split up your TM runs and your outdoor runs? I do my long runs outside and speed on the TM. The other one(s) I leave up to choice.

Christine- TG your family is safe. A friend of ours just returned from Mumbai one week ago. It is so sad for the innocent people who lost their lives.

Laura- I have chosen the Runner's World First HM plan. Originally I planned on using the Smart Coach from Runner's world, but I am sticking to a 3 day plan for now. As far as leg workouts I am no expert, but I am finding one day of legs, not too close to the long run, to work so far.

Well today is Cardio Coach Choose Living Press Play workout on the EXT. Karen as we do this monthly CCPP workout is has become routine to dedicate this workout to someone . I am dedicating this workout to you and your family today.

Good morning cheetahs

Cathy...I will have to find out who has that pic of Dad. I will look at your pics when I get a chance..:)..Good job on avoiding the pie (not that it even matters!), I am not much of a sweet eater and do not like pie but I did have a chocolate kiss...:D

Wendy...No, Tofurky is not shaped like a Turkey and as far as I am concerned it is not supposed to taste like one, it is just what us veggies eat at Thanksgiving and X-mas as we do not eat meat. We did get a lot done for the garage sale, and I am tired! Hope you enjoy the movie, let us know how it is.

Wendi...we started the Almond champagne tradition at holidays years ago. It just gets harder to find. Thankfully we have a World Market and I found it there. Come on over I still have a bottle in my fridge! Thanks re: the garage sale.

Shelly...You are loving the circuits!! So you have turkey leftovers for weeks...:D..Well no more Gatorade then! I should get stuff in the garage sale especially with DH gone at his Dad's, but there just has not been much time for me to go through stuff here as Karen & I have been doing so much at Mom's getting ready. Where are you painting now?

Jackie...that was nice your Mom made enough stuff for you to have leftovers. I used to run occasionally with my Pastor (the one that moved) and he did help me run faster but it about killed me! Thanks re: the garage sale. Glad you got through Black friday at Walmart. I have always felt with the right mindset you can get through any kind of crowd, but I still do not go out on Black Friday. Good workout yesterday.

Christine...I have had the store bought Tofuky for the last few years and it really is good. I did like the homemade one better. And I might try another recipe for X-Mas. Thanks re: the garage sale. Good job with the Viper. That was awful about Mumbai. Cool you went and got a tree. How was "Bolt"?

Gloria...Hey, send some of that Holiday spirit my way!! You sound like you are having a great time. How exciting to sign up for your 1st Marathon...:D

Brighton..I think your schedule looks good. For legwork just don't overdo. B&G and any other endurance style workout is probably best IMO. Also don't do legwork on a run day if you can avoid that. I would suggest cutting out the legwork a few weeks prior to the half. I am the odd one as I have always done heavy legwork even marathon training (I will also do STS during my marathon training, as I am starting training in Dec). It is all about finding what works for you.

No workout for me today. I get a rest day!!! I will be heading off to the Garage sale around 7. Hope things go well...

Have a great day...:)

Hey there! LOL….I was late checking in because after my 4.5 mile run yesterday, I had to rush back home to get dressed to meet my oldest DD and GS to go “race for the Black Friday Bargains” ;) Actually, my GS’s birthday is next weekend and I will be out of town, so I took him BD shopping and let him pick out is presents. He helped me pick out my GD’s Christmas presents, so I got them. It actually wasn’t bad at all out there today! How strange! I am not one to try to hit it on Black Friday, but I it just so happened it worked out well for me to spend the day with him :D

Wendy -Glad you dinner went well! It sounds like there was plenty of yummy food! Glad you enjoyed KettleBell Way 2 ! Enjoy “4 Christmases“! That is what I want to see!

Judy - Hmmm….thanks for the description of TT. Both sound pretty painful! I hope it gets better soon! That would be cool to do a neighborhood run with you DD! Enjoy PP! That is so sweet of you to dedicate that to Karen’s mom!

Carole - Enjoy the run and upper body!

Carole…..and Shelly - That is interesting about Karen using the peanuts! I could see where that could help…especially with the salt. I like Cliff Shot Blocks. I used them in my marathon. I actually didn’t start feeling bad ‘til I ran out of the Gu2o (Drink) and switched to the race Gatorade….so kind of seems like the Gatorade is the culprit for quite a few. Sorry….didn’t mean to butt in your conversation!

Shelly - Yes, I am seriously considering Chicago. I want to run a marathon with Cheetahs! So if not Chicago…maybe another one. But that is the one I am thinking the most about.. I also want to do one in the spring. I may be just dreaming, though! ;) The only thing I worry about Chicago is…I am afraid it will be hot and humid. I know the norm is not. The past couple of years have been out of the ordinary.

Jackie - Great job on your workout! I actually went to WalMart, too and was so surprised that it wasn’t bad at all! But I was there in the afternoon….it was probably a lot worse at 5:00 a.m.! ;)

Christine - It sounds like you had a great day planned yesterday ! Did you enjoy the hike with Jimmy and DH? Was the movie good?

Gloria - I am glad you like the tights! I have been running /working on the holidays for years, too J It is a tradition of mine, as well!

Laura - Your schedule looks good to me! Jeff Galloway has a good plan for a half. If you don't want to do any walking.....you could still follow the schedule. RW's is also a very good one. I only cut out leg work the last month of my marathon training. I did upper body up until the last week or two. For the half, I think I did lower body work until the last couple of weeks and for my first one...I did it all the way through (which I regretted!) When I was training for my ½ I still did some step workouts….(I think it was one or 2 per week) but when I was marathon training I didn’t do step workouts At all. It seemed to make my legs too fatigued. Sorry....sounds like I am babbling. You were asking about a Cheetah name….I need to put mine back on there! When they redid the forum a few months ago, I never got around to doing it. Wow! You are in Uganda? How cool! What is it like? Is the weather hot? Cold?

Wendi - Enjoy your run! Sounds like you are busy as ever! Good job on the lights and hacking that maple tree off of your house! J The days sure do go too fast!

Well, I am waiting for a call back from Patty. We had planned on running together this morning….but haven’t heard from her for a few days. Gotta go get some work done around the house ‘til she calls and then I will be back later!

Hey to everyone!!!

Linda

Carole -I typed most of this yesterday and finished it this morning and changed the days around ....but I see where I didn't change your run and upper body! !! Carole - I hope you enjoyed your run and upper body! LOL....sorry! :) ;)

Judy: Enjoy your family dinner tonight! What restaraunt will you be going to?

Carole: Ahhh, okay. The name made it seem as though it might look and taste like turkey. I've never had tofu. I want to try it but have no idea what to do with it. I eat meat/poultry but to be honest, I think I'd be perfectly content with out it as well. I hope the garage sale goes well today. Did you advertise it with signs or an ad in the paper or something?

Linda: Glad you had good luck shopping and with no headaches. I will let you know how the movie is! I really enjoy Vince Vaughn...in more ways then one...;):)

Good morning lovely cheetahs! Had a very nice 6 mile run yesterday. had originally intended on 5 but I was feelin good so what the hey!
Got more more of the endless painting done and finished the day with KCM's step boxing. Her second one and I believe a far superior workout.. lots of fun!

Jackie- So you braved the early morning madness at your local Walmart? Apparently these days that's a serious life taking risk! Glad your experience was a peaceful and altogether positive one. Nice mix of a workout yest. Only a little more then a week until your HM isn't it?

Christine- Great job with Viper yest. That one is a great tough classic! I thought of you with the news yesterday about Mumbai.... indeed, very scary stuff!!

Gloria- How wonderful that you are enjoying your holiday weekend so much! And you finish it with signing up for your marathon... how exciting! What training plan are you using BTW?

Laura- you are right about how running really conditions you and and makes other cardio workouts much easier to do! You do have a good memory... I do have a sister who works with the state dept... she and her DH are on leave here in the states now but return to Pakistan (Peshawar) soon. That is a very dangerous assignment and I worry about her constantly. Fortunately the duty assignment ends next April. I like your rotation. I know you like 2 rest days off a week but during your peak training weeks you may want to consider adding an extra running day. I usually keep up with regular leg workouts until 3 weeks or so pre race and then just go light/endurance type stuff.

Karen- That is indeed encouraging that you Mom got her spirits up a bit and was able to eat. She is indeed a fighter... must have quite a spirit!! She undoubtably gets alot of her strength from you!

Wendy- Ya babe, you know me! Wild horses couldn't drag me out on Black Friday!!! It's even too much for my shopaholic DH! Dealing with DOMS today after that great kettlebell workout? Love your little "rant" about not being so uptight with the clean eating all the time!!! ITA. No great weekend plans here... I'll be working.

Cathy- Congratulations on braving those savage crowds and scoring some deals! You are braver than I for sure!

Wendi- You are such a bundle of energy... I get tired just reading your posts!! How's the visit from Grandma going anyway... I know you always have to do megacleanmax before her visits! I'm still working on the main entryway/foyer area which is quite large and already had the base coat on. Next big project is my lime green bedroom!!! Hey, I didn't know you were doing the HM in march with Judy!! Where is it anyway?

Judy- Yes, I would think heels would definitely aggravate that toe area unfortunately! I think you'll really get alot out of that book. I find myself referring to it alot. I guess your pic today is what's going on your Christmas card? I remember that from the last couple of years what a handsome family you have!!

Carole- what... your packrat DH is gone and you haven't taken the opportunity to clear out junk??? (LOL) I'm still working on the main entrance/foyer area... alot of work with all the doors! Can't wait to tackle my bright LIME green bedroom! WOW-- a real rest day? You don't take very many of those!

Judy- glad the black friday shopping was okay for you! I also am looking at a marathon around April/May. Considering a new one in Cumberland, Md or possibly Pittsburgh... still really fluid on that. I'm also getting very serious about the idea of Chicago in Oct. That would be great to run one with the Cheetahs! Yes, the heat and humidity is a tad scary but the odds are against it.

That's about it for now... Hi to all the cheethas I've not caught up on.
Today will be B&G and Amy's HLK:D:D

Hello, cheetahs! :)

Wendy—As mentioned to Gloria, it won’t be all work and no play. I have other plans, too J, so a nice, healthy balance is what I’m going for. Enjoy the matinee of Four Christmases—looks cute.

Wendi—whew! You sure did accomplish a lot in one day. Very kind of you to take some yummy grub to the kid at the barn. I did do well with my purchases; now just a bit more (mostly online), and I’m done. J *lol* re: the pie. Just wasn’t hungry for it, I guess. Too busy yappin’. J Hope you have a good day at the office!

Judy—so touching that you are dedicating today’s workout to Karen’s family.

Carole—I do feel sorry for those working in retail during the holidays. Customer behavior seems to only get worse as the years go on. People get angry so quickly. Hope it's a banner day for sales.

Linda—glad you enjoyed the day with GS and accomplished some of your shopping. Enjoy your run with Patti.

Shelly—I can’t say I’ve ever really had to contend with a savage crowd. Most folks at that hour are very friendly and good sports about it all. Seems to me, though, that the internet deals are just as good when the shipping is free. Enjoy B&G and HLK.

I enjoyed a 4 mile run this morning. It feels like forever since I’ve managed to get outside! Felt great!! Icing the ITB, though. Later will be some yoga.

Have a great day!

Wendy- most likely we will go to this Irish place that has great food (not typical bar food) numerous big screen TV's for watching sports.

aw thanks Shelly! Yes this will be our Christmas card picture.

Ok CCPP is done!

Thanks, ladies, for all the input re: my training schedule. Sounds like the most important point is to listen to my own body. So I'll do that. And the consensus definitely confirms dropping or lightening the leg work as the race gets closer, so I'll see how I'm feeling a month out. I'll focus on endurance workouts and not heavy weights. Sounds like a plan.

And speaking of listening to my body . . . I did this morning. After 2 days of parties, I was WORN OUT this morning. So I decided to trade my rest day and sleep in today and run tomorrow. It was a good choice. DH also skipped his workout. (He's finishing up P90X). So it was a much-needed restful morning. Also, I couldn't sleep last night, so that was more reason to sleep in. Is your insomnia contagious?!!!! ;)

So my plan is to get up and run 5 or 6 miles tomorrow before church. I'll let you know how it goes.

You know the more I read about your runs, I'm thinking my initial moniker of "pseudo-Cheetah" may be more appropriate than African Cheetah!:D You gals are amazing.

I still feel like I'm getting to know you all, so I'll wait a bit before attempting personals!!

Well, just got back from a 6 mile run. Patty is under the weather and couldn't run. She "may" run with me tomorrow. It was really cold and for some reason it was hard to get warm, so I had to make a quick stop at the car and put on another shirt. But, it is done, now :)

Laura - Good job on listening to your body and taking it easy today! Enjoy your run tomorrow! Tomorrow you should be ready to go! :)

Linda

Wanted to stop in and say hi! Today is a very busy one! I got in CCPP on the bike, put together the grocery list, did some on line shopping, prepped the tree for lights, and walked the dogs. Now it's off to the Rite Aid for new lights, then the grocery store. When I come back, I'll put the lights on the tree, then DD15 and I will decorate it. I'll also decorate the house. I love this time of year! I may be back later with personals - if not, for sure tomorrow!!

Hi Cheetahs!

Christine - I feel like my bargain was worth getting up for yesterday. Probably saved $50-$75. The TV stand swivels and I haven't been able to find one under $189. Picked up a little hand mixer for $4 and a vacuum stick for $9. That was all I wanted. Did you find a nice tree?

Gloria - Glad you're in the Christmas spirit. I am more so this year than I have been in years. Got my wreath up and got some garland on the mantel. That snow that you're getting would really put me in the spirit. Cold weather helps too. Doesn't seem like Christmas to me when the temps are too warm.

Laura - Glad you're seeing some gains from running in your other workouts. Changing that rest day sounds like the right thing to do after the parties. Good luck with your run tomorrow. Pseudo Cheetah sounds good to me.

Wendy - So glad to read you're feeling a lot better. Did the DOMS come from the KB workout? I'm glad we cheetahs know how to enjoy our meal and not worry about it. I'm not letting all my mom's good cooking go to waste. Enjoy the movie.

Cathy - Glad you had a Black Friday hassle free day. Those are the best kind. I've been watching The Family Channel and Hallmark and found some nice movies. Dog didn't run with us this morning. Was happy about that. Glad you got outside for a 4 mile run. Enjoy your yoga workout.

Wendi - You were a busy woman yesterday. Glad you got a lot accomplished. We didn't have lines at our local Wal-Mart like I saw on TV. Maybe it was because it's a 24 hour one. Anyway, people were already inside when I got there and they were in line for the electronic items. Glad I didn't need any of those items. Did get some decorating done. Found a beautiful poinsettia. Enjoy your mom and grandma for the last day. Hope work isn't too bad for you today.

Judy - Bet the pic will turn out really nice with the snow. I do my long runs outside on Saturday and all my other runs are done on the treadmill. That's because I'm running at 4:30 in the morning and wouldn't dare go outside by myself. Running with Grace helps me a lot too. Hope you had a good CCPP workout and nice of you to dedicate it to Karen and her family.

Carole - I googled Tofurkey and saw a recipe that added legs to it so that it looked like a turkey. Thought that was cute. How did the garage sale go? Good day for a rest day.

Linda - How nice that you got to go out on BF with your DS. Glad you found some bargains. Yep, Wal-Mart was much worse at 5:00 am. Did you see where an employee got trampled? Good job on the 6 miles in the cold.

Shelly - Good workouts with the runs, KCM and painting. How much more painting to go? Next weekend is the big day for my half. Since DBF won't be going, I'll get to sleep in my own bed and RP and I will get up that morning and drive. It's an hour drive. I'm glad to have someone to run with. Enjoy B&G and HLK.

Running partner had to do something with his youth group this morning. He only had time for a 3 mile run. It rained on us for at least 2 miles. Glad it wasn't a heavy rain though. I ran 1 mile on the treadmill. Went out and ran 3 miles with him. Thought I'd come back in and do another 2 miles but I had some energy to burn and my legs felt strong. Ended up doing another 7 miles for a total of 11 miles today.
eek.gif
Felt like I could have done more and that made me feel good about the half next weekend. Did lots of stretching afterwards.

Waiting for DBF to get here. Don't know what the plans are today. Enjoy the rest of your day.

Hi Cheetahs!

Wendy: Like your thread title today! Good for you getting in your workout yesterday! ITA with you on it being a holiday and throwing out the diet. You have to live a little. How was the movie?

Wendi: I am feeling relaxed. :) You are always making something that sounds incredible!

Cathy: You sure do need to take a break over the long weekend. I will work tomorrow. It was a nice morning for a run here. Good to ice the ITB. Mine can be problematic if I'm not careful. Dig the new avatar. I was thinking today that I need to add a quote to my siggy.

Judy: Oh I would so love the recipe for baba! How wonderful to have a diverse family background like that! You are so thoughtful to dedicate your workout to Karen and her family. :)

Carole: I will be enclosing some holiday cheer in with your Christmas card. :) How did the garage sale go? I am pretty excited just signing up for the race! I haven't raced since my last half marathon.

Linda: That is funny running on holidays is a tradition for you too! I really love the tights. Glad you weren't overwhelmed shopping yesterday. Nice run!

Shelly: I have Hal Higdon's book on marathoning so I think I will just use his plan. I believe it is a 4 month plan, so that puts me in serious training mode in February. Lime green? That is unusual for sure. Maybe the previous owner was color blind? He He! :D Sounds like a fun workout today.

Laura: Anyone who runs and loves it is a Cheetah in my book! :) How fascinating that you live in Africa!

Christine: Sounds like a fun day for you and DD15! I am loving the holiday season this year too. Enjoy the day!

Jackie: You did get some great deals yesterday! Typically, I don't get too excited about the holidays. For me this year I think it has been reconnecting with my mom and thinking about how much I have compared to others right now. I am lucky. :) Wow! I guess you did have some energy to burn! Awesome run! Have a super day!

Today was a rest day. Did 3 miles and 20 min. of yoga yesterday. I would like to do something Cathe tomorrow. I've been missing her! LOL! :) Forgive my goofiness today. Just really lovin' the long weekend! :) I will be making spanakopita for the first time a little later on. Hopefully it turns out.

Take care Cheetahs!

6 miles!

It's Sunday morning for me--but I'm posting on this thread since many of you are still on Saturday! :D

After my rest day yesterday, I DID get up and do my 6 miles today. It was a definite challenge, but I made it through. The 5 on Thursday seemed easy. Today I ran a slightly more challenging route (ie more hills) and added a mile, and I sure felt it. But I made it through and was elated.

I'll stick with 6 for my next couple runs till it seems to flow better before adding more mileage.

Hope most of you are getting great beauty sleep right now and are NOT awake!! ;)
