Well, I got my tapes at 6:00p.m and at 7:00 I started CM. This taped is terrific
! I'm still sweating buckets as I write(yes, I'm going to take a bath!) I kept my step the same height as Cathe's and my weights the same too. This was supposed to be a weight day for me and even though Cathe said this isn't really a weight workout, I feel like my muscles were used. I did add on some more pushups and I did some crunches because I kept collasping(sp?) on the plank. I can't say enough about this tape!! Tomorrow I'm going to do Cardio Kicks and even though I'm NOT a kickboxing fan, I really liked what Cathe did in CM, so I'm thinking I should like CK, too. OK, I'm taking a bath now. Please let me know what you all thought about CM and the other tapes also
