The core exercises in the new series are a lot of fun as well as being effective to challenge the core. I have vertigo and I am on the tail end of the most recent episode. The use of the band to pull up and use as resistance really helps me get my abs worked well without the room starting to spin on me with more traditional "crunches" or exercises that I have to start with my head on the floor and lift my shoulders up or twisting for oblique work. I was looking for more core exercises I can do when I go through times when vertigo strikes besides standing and these are really awesome. They are so much fun too! Thanks Cathe! You rock.
