Love my new toy...Bowflex select tech dumbells!!

Pricy, yes, but sometimes you have to put a little investment in yourself, right?? When you look at it that way, at least in my opinion, it's not pricy at all. Believe me, I've spent enough $$$ foolishly over the years, so this purchase was a no-brainer.

I was able to do Muscle Max with higher weights this time, because only had 10 pound dumbells at home, and what a difference this morning, I am good and sore, and begging for more, but I won't, not today, Sunday is my yoga day, a great chance to strtch everything that I worked to the limit yesterday!!

JERRY!! I'm so jealous...I've been drooling longingly over these at Costco, I want them!!! They are pricey but I know I'd use them to their fullest capacity D@mn it...if only we didn't need groceries and the like I'd have a new toy too:+ ENJOY!!!!

Jerry, yes, they are pricey but I have not regretted for a single moment purchasing them....Sounds like you got in a great MM workout using them...

I was finding Muscle Max getting too easy because of the light weights I was using, and I remember Cathe saying about us being here for the challenge. Now I feel as though the challenge is on!!

I just got them too and love them! I have been using them with the X and can lift way heavier than the last time I did it without them.. Great investment in ourselves huh?
