I did this video this morning and loved it. It was so different and I loved the way the order wasn't exactly the same, ever notice that you always work triceps last! At first I was thinking well...this is kind of low weight for me, but I'll do the same weight this time since I didn't preview, and go heavier next time; WRONG! Now I know why the weight is lighter, I personally couldn't have gone heavier, maybe in time I will. I also love the Clean 'n Press, never done those before. The time just flew by and I'm just thrilled that it is so different, I guess that's what it is all about, mixing things up so you get surprised.
 
I too love this tape and have done it twice so far. The first time I followed her weights pound for pound. The 2nd time I actually increased a bit on my chest work and arms. I was a bit sore the next morning but not too bad! :D I also like how she's mixed up and thrown the leg work in here and there instead of all at once. Cathe's just so smart! Susan
 
I also love this new workout!!! I could tell when my tush was already burning during the warm-up that I was in for a tough one!! It is so fun!!! My abs (especially obliques) were sore the next day and that felt awesome!!!!!
