I finally got up the nerve on Tuesday to stick CC1 in my CD player while on the treadmill. I was really nervous about it, not sure if I'd like it, and all I can say is WOW! I think I have finally found my match made in heaven!
I tried CC1 again yesterday and was amazed all over again. I love being able to push myself to my ability and that every workout can be a completely different experience based on me! I have the set that was a "special" about a month ago and am so excited to try them all!
