I own pretty much every cathe tape and I think that she as to be the best.Right now actually I am ready to start Rhytmic step.With that said....does anyone have any idea what to do about love handles?They drive me insane.I work out almost everyday and I started doing interval max every second day to see of the cardio would help.I had a child six years ago and I have stretch marks and I don't know if that would have anything to do with it.If anyone would have some insight on this it would be greatly appreciated....I want cathes belly!!!!!
