Hi Cathe!
What would be your best guess as to the length of time you will spend on each bodypart in this series? In the 4 day split for upper body it was probably 12-15 minutes and the lower body was about 30 minutes?
The one thing I missed in the 4 day split was that you couldn't separate out each bodypart exclusively. Will we be able to do that with this new series?
Also will you be recommending cardio on the days you do weights in this series or will it be best to keep cardio to the off days? What about abs?
