LOST Starts Again Tonight :)

I don't watch a lot of TV but this one I really enjoy. Just wish I could remember what happened at the end of last season; the old brain, she ain't what she used to be :p

Oooooh, I've been waiting for this for MONTHS!!! I have to tape it for my BF and my oldest daughter so my youngest and I are already planning a night of TV!!

Quick recap of last episode: Hurley, Kate, Locke, and Jack blew up the hatch and started to look inside. And the guys on the raft let off a flare to attract a boat only to discover they were bad guys ("The Others"?) who stole Walter and blew up their raft. I think the rest are moving to the caves because the French Lady told them that The Others are coming when black smokes appears and they can either hide, run, or die.

CAN'T WAIT!!!!

Also, don't forget that they have a season one synopsis the hour prior to the season premiere. I absolutely love this show! :)

I am sooo anxious to see what is in that hatch!!!!! They have got to explain that or I will have a fit!!!
 
I just got done watching the first season on DVD. I can't wait for the season premier!

It's interesting for me to see what I didn't pay attention to the first time around (like a very subtle reference to black and white--the black and white game pieces on the backgammon (sP?) game that are refered to as two opposing elements, one light, one dark; and the white and black game pieces Jack found on one of the skeletons in the cave).

It's also interesting that some characters were added based on auditions: the Korean couple, for example. And Jack was originally going to die in the first episode when the "creature" chased them through the forest (instead of the pilot's body in the tree, it was originally written as Jack's body in the tree).

I have no idea what is going on, and can't imagine how they can keep this going for very long (in the DVD commentary, someone spoke about having the story line outlined for the first 5 years!)
 
Sparrow, I think the first episode tonight is going to be a repeat of the last episode shown before the summer followed by the new episode. I'm very excited to watch Lost. Wednesday is my "must see TV" night. I'm also planning on watching Invasion since it comes on right after Lost. I'm totally hooked on Lost!!!

I'm so excited for this as well! I watched the reruns over the summer and was bummed that they skipped several episodes, but I feel as though I'm up to speed enough. I heard that lots of secrets are revealed in the first three episodes!

Don't forget, it's on at 9 not 10 (EST).
 
I saw some interviews of the cast members and they mentioned that several of the mysteries will be solved this season. However, they didn't indicate how long into the season these questions from Season 1 will be answered in Season 2.

I, too, want to know what's in the hatch. Also, this series has a Twin Peaks feel. There is so much symbolism going on.
